West Valley Medical Center part of nation's Top 15 Health Systems
CALDWELL, Idaho (CBS2) — West Valley Medical Center and its 10 sister facilities in Idaho, Utah and Alaska are part of one of the nation's Top 15 Health Systems, according to an independent analysis based on a scorecard provided by PINC AI.
HCA Healthcare's Mountain Division, encompassing the 150-bed Caldwell facility and over 100 care sites in Idaho, Utah and Alaska, shared the top ranking in the Medium Health Systems category.
The release says the ranking is based on an objective, quantitative analysis of publicly available data to identify the top health systems in the U.S.
West Valley was previously named to PINC AI's list of the Top 100 Hospitals, with six other Mountain Division hospitals.
The Mountain Division is one of 15 divisions of HCA Healthcare, one of the nation's leading providers of health services. Hospital leaders say the knowledge, data and best practices from HCA Healthcare's 37 million annual patient interactions enhance the care delivered in Alaska, Idaho and Utah.
