Hence, his recent take on his podcast will always be debatable regarding the offensive and defensive players in the game.
However, one may agree with Beverley to a certain extent. Many defenders have successfully defended at all three levels of the court. Former NBA player, Patrick Beverley has played for 12 long seasons in the league, including the decorated Los Angeles Lakers. However, his stay was quite short at Lakers, and he ended up leaving the franchise for the Chicago Bulls in the 2022-23 season.
